Winter Work Outs

Schedule Sundays in January February and March

12-1pm Angels & Phillies
1-2pm Mets & White Sox
2-3pm American League A's
3-4pm American League Orioles
4-5pm American League Astros
5-6-pm Pirates & Rangers

COVID 19 Precautions
1. Masks must be worn at all times
2. Only Players and Coaches allowed in the Facility. (no Parents allowed inside)
3. Players and Coaches temperatures will be taken prior to entering the facility (100.4 or less)
4. If your child feels sick please stay home.
5. Please arrive on time
